Q. How do I track my order?
A. After orders are shipped we will email you a tracking number. Additional information can be found in your order history page.
Q. My order never arrived?
A. Please check in my account and find the order in question in your order history. (If the order is not listed, please email us at contact us ). Once you have located the order, click on the 'Track' link. If the order does not have a 'Track' link, your order may not have shipped yet; click on the 'Order #' to get more information.For any further information please contact customer service.
Q. How do I cancel my order/item?
A. To cancel an 'Order' click on 'Cancel Order' next to that order number. To cancel an 'Item', click on the 'Order #' to view the Order Summary for that order. If 'Cancel Order' is not available, the order has been completed.

Q. How do I return my product?
A. Please email Us and we will send you an RMA. Please Note the RMA number on the parcel and Ship back to the Address mentions in the email. We recommend that you purchase insurance and tracking.
Q. I received the wrong product.
A. Please email us and we will try and resolve the matter. And have the correct product shipped. Return Shipping will be Paid By luxebutik.com
Q. What is the luxebutik.com Return Policy?
A. We offer a product return within the first 14 days of Shipment.We are very confident in our products and pride ourselves with the integrity of our services. That is why we offer our customers a 14-day return and MONEY-BACK-GURANTEE ( minus the 15% restocking fee)
The 14-day period starts with the day you receive your purchased item at your provided shipping address and ends with the date you ship it back to us (postage stamp or date of the carrier picking it up from you).

(The full refund does not include the shipping costs payed by you, unless the unlikely possibility occurs that we sent you a defective or wrong item! Please be aware of the fact that we cannot give you refunds for merchandise used, -washed or damaged by you. Please make sure to ship your package secured since we are not able to take responsibility for lost shipments.)

Please try to inform us as soon as possible within that 14-day period about your return request via email

As soon as we have received and inspected the item(s), we will give you a refund for your initial ( minus the 15%restocking fee) payment within 5-10 business days. The length of that refund may vary depending on your preferred payment option and country.

A. Please see the tracking information and if product is not received we will refund or replace the product as per customer request.

A. Orders are shipped in 2 to 3 Business Days. Unless otherwise stated. After shipment an email with tracking number will be sent.

A. Shipping will be based on each product. You will be able the see the shipping options and prices before confirming your order.

A. We at luxebutik.com don't think you should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, luxebutik.com will not bill you until your products are shipped.

Q. Do I have to pay tax?
A. luxebutik.com charges VAT tax for orders shipped to EU Nations . VAT tax is automatically computed on product(s).
