We offer a product return within the first 14 days of Shipment.We are very confident in our products and pride ourselves with the integrity of our services. That is why we offer our customers a 14-day return and MONEY-BACK-GURANTEE ( minus the 15% restocking fee)
The 14-day period starts with the day you receive your purchased item at your provided shipping address and ends with the date you ship it back to us (postage stamp or date of the carrier picking it up from you).
(The full refund does not include the shipping costs payed by you, unless the unlikely possibility occurs that we sent you a defective or wrong item! Please be aware of the fact that we cannot give you refunds for merchandise used, -washed or damaged by you. Please make sure to ship your package secured since we are not able to take responsibility for lost shipments.)
